Sunday 17th September 2017: Jodrell Bank Working Party

Come and work with the Jodrell Bank team and RSPB Phoenix on a wildlife pond reclamation project. Building on the pond clearance work we have done over the last couple of years we’ll be venturing further into the Arboretum to improve an overgrown pond to the benefit of the wild birds, amphibians and invertebrates that make their home there. Wear wellies and warm clothes – don’t forget to bring waterproofs and (optimistically) sun cream.
