Leaders visited Rainow Brownies to help them complete part of their
Brownie Birthday Challenge.
The Group learned about the work of the RSPB and the importance of Giving Nature a Home on a global and local scale.
We looked a different homes for wildlife and how they are suited to different animals and then the group made individual bug bungalows to take home to their own gardens.
The girls had fun playing the Twig Game – a game with an environmental message about how human influence on habitats makes a difference to the wild birds and creatures that live there.
We added a fabulous 21 new wildlife homes to our total for the year. Thank you to Rainow Brownies for their pin badge donation too – all money raised will go towards Giving Nature a Home.
